We are looking for an experienced and responsible Workshop Incharge / Supervisor to manage day-to-day workshop operations, supervise technicians and helpers, ensure timely completion of jobs, and maintain quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily workshop activities.
Allocate work to technicians and monitor job progress.
Ensure repair, maintenance, fabrication, or service work is completed efficiently and on time.
Inspect completed work and maintain quality standards.
Manage workshop manpower, tools, equipment, and materials.
Maintain records of jobs, spare parts, inventory, and workshop expenses.
Coordinate with management regarding job status, requirements, and delays.
Identify technical issues and assist technicians in troubleshooting.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of workshop machinery and tools.
Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and safety standards within the workshop.




Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety requirements.
Train and guide technicians and helpers when required.

Requirements
ITI / Diploma / relevant technical qualification preferred.
3–7 years of experience in workshop supervision or a similar role.
Valuable knowledge of workshop operations, tools, machinery, and maintenance procedures.
Ability to manage and motivate a team.
Positive problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain job and inventory records.
Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently.
Candidates with experience in [automobile / fabrication / machinery / heavy equipment / manufacturing] will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
