Job Title: Static and Mobile Pressure Vessel Senior Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Pressure Vessel Designer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in the design and analysis of both static and mobile pressure vessels. This role requires hands-on experience with PV Elite software and the ability to perform Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to ensure structural integrity, safety and compliance with industry standards.
The candidate should be detail-oriented, technically proficient and capable of working collaboratively in a fast-paced engineering setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and analyse static (e.g., vertical/horizontal vessels, mounded, underground vessels, heat exchangers) and mobile (transportable) pressure vessels.




Develop detailed fabrication drawings and bills of materials (BOMs) in collaboration with drafting and engineering teams.
Ensure all designs adhere to relevant industry codes, including ASME Section VIII Div 1 & 2, TEMA, API, and PED.
Conduct stress analysis, nozzle loading evaluaons, wind and seismic assessments.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including process, mechanical and structural engineers during design and review stages.
Interface with clients, vendors and fabricators to resolve technical queries and ensure project requirements are met.
Support documentation for engineering reports and compliance records.
Contribute to continuous design optimization for cost, performance and manufacturability.
