Role & responsibilities :
Lead requirement gathering and business analysis activities with Project stakeholders and business users.
Analyze business processes and translate requirements into explicit functional specifications, user stories and use cases.
Prepare and maintain BRD, FRD, process flows, requirement documents and traceability artefacts.
Conduct gap analysis and support definition of application enhancements and change requirements.
Collaborate with architects, development and testing teams to ensure accurate understanding and implementation of requirements.
Support UAT, requirement clarifications and stakeholder reviews throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Ensure requirement documentation, approvals and changes are managed as per defined governance processes.
Education : B.E./ B. Tech/ M. Tech / MCA
