Role & responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and energetic General Manager Projects to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale residential high-rise apartment projects. The incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end project management, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, budget adherence, statutory compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee multiple residential high-rise apartment projects from inception to handover.
Develop project execution strategies, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Monitor project progress to ensure delivery within timelines and approved budgets.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with local building regulations, statutory approvals, safety norms, and quality standards.
Drive project planning, procurement, construction,



and commissioning activities.
Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Lead project review meetings and provide regular progress reports to senior management.
Optimize construction methodologies to improve productivity and cost efficiency.
Ensure adherence to quality management systems and HSE (Health, Safety & Workplace) standards.
Resolve technical and commercial issues arising during project execution.
Build and mentor high-performing project teams.
Coordinate with sales, marketing, CRM, finance, procurement, and legal departments for seamless project execution.
Manage vendor and contractor performance through effective evaluation and control mechanisms.
