Role & responsibilities
Supervisor
Primary Responsibility: Oversee production and inspection teams to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Tasks:
Manage operators and assign duties.
Monitor adherence to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
Ensure documentation and batch records are accurate.
Coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA) and Production departments.
Train and mentor staff on GMP and safety.
Skills Required: Leadership, communication, problem-solving, knowledge of regulatory standards (FDA, WHO, etc.).
