Handle customer queries and provide effective resolutions over voice calls.
Communicate with customers professionally and maintain a high level of customer service.
Understand customer concerns and provide accurate information and assistance.
Maintain process quality and meet defined productivity and performance targets.
Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
