Drive HL, Lap business through direct sourcing, DSAs, builders, connectors, and open-market channels.
Recruit, train, and manage the branch sales team to achieve monthly and annual business targets.
Monitor sales pipelines, login-to-disbursement conversion, and portfolio quality.
Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal, Technical, and Collections teams for timely loan processing and disbursement.
Conduct market visits and competitor analysis to identify current business prospects.
Ensure customer satisfaction, quality sourcing, KYC compliance, and adherence to company policies.
Monitor branch performance, prepare MIS reports, and implement action plans to achieve business growth and profitability.
