Role Description
The Junior Business Development Specialist (Fresher) will support the growth of Teknowgrade Pvt Ltd by identifying potential learners and partner organizations, and promoting our learning solutions. Daily responsibilities include conducting lead generation activities, qualifying prospects, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The specialist will perform market research to understand customer needs, trends,



and competitor offerings, and share insights with the team. The role involves engaging with prospective and existing customers through calls, emails, and in-person interactions to provide information, address queries, and ensure a positive experience. This is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring close collaboration with sales, marketing, and operations teams.
