Role & responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls
Follow up with leads and schedule appointments.
Achieve call, conversion, and sales targets.
Maintain accurate customer/lead records.
Preferred candidate profile
Valuable communication skills in English and Telugu/Hindi.
Solid customer-handling and convincing skills.
Sales/B2C experience preferred.
Healthcare/IVF/BPO experience will be an added advantage.
Positive computer and CRM knowledge.
