Role Description The Cluster Retail Sales Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Kakinada, responsible for overseeing sales performance and operations across a group of supermarket outlets. This role includes setting and monitoring sales targets, analyzing sales reports, and implementing strategies to drive revenue and profitability. The manager will guide store teams on customer service standards, ensure consistent execution of promotions, and maintain high levels of store presentation and product availability.
