We are building a solid D2C business across our website, marketplaces and digital channels, and we're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can take ownership of customer acquisition, paid media and measurable D2C growth.
This is a hands-on role. We are looking for someone who doesn't just launch campaigns and share reports — but understands why numbers are moving, what needs to be tested, and how marketing can contribute to profitable business growth.

About the Role
As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will own the day-to-day performance marketing ecosystem of On Spot Energy.
You will be responsible for:
• Meta Ads
• Google Ads




• Retargeting & remarketing
• Customer acquisition
• Conversion optimization
• Marketing analytics
• Creative performance
• Website funnel performance
• Campaign tracking & attribution
• Performance reporting
• D2C growth experiments

You will work closely with the Founders, Content & Social Media team, Creative team, Website/E-commerce team and Sales/Customer Success team.
The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable looking at a Meta Ads dashboard, analysing Google Ads data, checking website conversions, understanding customer behaviour and discussing the next creative test with the content team.
