• Job Description:
• Lead and participate in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to transportation and logistics operations.
• Configure and customize OTM modules to meet business requirements.
• Design and implement transportation planning, shipment management, and routing solutions.
• Configure rate offerings, rate records, accessorial charges, and contract management.
• Manage freight settlement, invoicing, claims, and payment processes.
• Develop and maintain OTM master data including:
• Locations
• Service Providers
• Equipment Groups
• Items
• Rates and Contracts
• Configure Automation Agents, Saved Queries, User Preferences, Screensets, Menus, and Workbenches.
• Participate in SIT, UAT, Go-Live, Hypercare,



and Post-Go-Live support activities.
• Design integration solutions between OTM and enterprise systems such as:
• Oracle ERP Cloud
• Oracle EBS
• SAP ERP
• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• EDI partners
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution.
• Create user training documents, SOPs, and process documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across supply chain and logistics functions.
