About the Role
We are looking for a high-ownership B2B Partnerships & Strategic Alliances qualified to build and scale partnerships with Tier-1 colleges, universities, academic institutions, and education ecosystem partners.
The role involves identifying institutions, building relationships with senior stakeholders, structuring and negotiating partnerships, and taking them from initial conversations to successful execution.

Key Responsibilities
University & Strategic Partnerships




• Identify and build a pipeline of Tier-1 colleges, universities, institutions, and academic networks.
• Build relationships with Deans, Directors, Registrars, Placement Heads, TPOs, Department Heads, and senior university leadership.
• Identify partnership prospects around student acquisition, employability, skilling, and education initiatives.
• Structure, negotiate, and close mutually beneficial partnership agreements.
• Own the partnership lifecycle from prospecting → outreach → negotiation → closure → launch → partner management.
• Build scalable partnership-led GTM initiatives to drive student reach, brand visibility, acquisition, and revenue.

Government & Program Engagement
• Work with state and central government stakeholders on education and employability initiatives.
• Engage with senior officials including Directors, Deputy Directors, and Chief Secretaries.
