Role Description Faculty members at P.A. College of Pharmacy will engage in full time, in office academic duties at the campus in Mangaluru. Daily responsibilities include delivering lectures, conducting practical sessions, preparing teaching materials,



and assessing student performance for B. Pharm and D. Pharm courses. Faculty will guide student projects, support academic mentoring, and contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement of teaching methods. The role also involves participation in academic committees, student counseling, and co-curricular activities that enhance the learning environment. Faculty are encouraged to pursue scholarly activities such as research, publications, and professional development in relevant areas of pharmaceutical sciences.
