Role Description The Sales Officer is a full time, in office role based in the Greater Delhi Area. This role involves identifying and engaging prospective customers, managing existing accounts, and supporting sales operations to achieve revenue and growth targets. Day-to-day tasks include generating leads, conducting sales visits and meetings, coordinating channel sales activities, and providing responsive customer service and follow-up. The Sales Officer will maintain accurate sales records, prepare basic reports, collaborate with internal teams on order processing and delivery,



and gather market feedback to support product and pricing strategies. This position requires frequent interaction with farmers, distributors, and business partners, with a focus on building long-term relationships and promoting the company’s agri-chemical solutions.
Qualifications

• Solid customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Communication, with the ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships.
• Experience in Sales Operations and Channel Sales, including working with distributors, retailers, and field sales teams.
• Ability to perform Lead Generation activities, such as prospecting, cold outreach, and follow-up to convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
• Solid understanding of basic sales processes, negotiation, and relationship management in B2B and/or B2C environments.
