Role Description The HNI Relationship Manager will manage and grow relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) by providing tailored banking and investment solutions. This full time, in office role based in Bengaluru involves regularly meeting clients, understanding their financial goals, and offering appropriate products and services, including deposits, loans, investment options, and wealth management solutions.



The role includes proactive portfolio review, cross-selling and upselling relevant banking products, and ensuring high levels of service quality and client satisfaction. The HNI Relationship Manager will coordinate with internal teams for seamless transaction processing, risk assessment, and compliance with regulatory and bank policies. The position also requires tracking market trends, preparing client reports, and contributing to business targets through disciplined follow-up and relationship deepening.
Qualifications
