Role Description The Customer Relationship Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Nellore, responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with dealers, retail partners, and end customers. This role involves acting as a primary point of contact,



addressing inquiries and issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction with UltraTech products and services. The individual will monitor customer feedback, coordinate with internal teams to resolve concerns, and support retention and loyalty initiatives. Daily tasks include visiting key accounts, tracking service performance, preparing reports on customer trends, and supporting sales and marketing activities aligned with UltraTech’s brand standards. The role also requires promoting accurate information about UltraTech’s policies and channels, helping customers avoid fraudulent approaches.
