About the Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Handle outbound and inbound calls professionally.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and stakeholders.
Coordinate with candidates and internal teams for smooth operations.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
Update client information in the system.
Support various social impact and community outreach initiatives.
Ensure timely communication and excellent customer service.
Achieve assigned daily and monthly performance targets.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Experienced candidates are also welcome.
Good verbal communication skills.
Hindi communication is mandatory.




Basic English communication is an added advantage.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Salary & Benefits
