Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for a Talent Acquisition – Trainer (Telugu) at SkillDzire. The role involves identifying and engaging potential candidates, particularly engineering graduates, through digital channels and talent pipelines. The trainer will conduct recruitment-focused training sessions in Telugu, guiding learners on interview preparation, resume building, and understanding hiring processes.



Daily activities include coordinating virtual sessions, conducting interviews or mock interviews, providing feedback, and supporting employer branding initiatives. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams to improve recruiting strategies and ensuring a positive, inclusive experience for all candidates and trainees.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess solid Recruiting and Full-life Cycle Recruiting skills to manage candidate sourcing, screening, and selection.
• Candidates should possess experience in Interviewing and Hiring to effectively assess candidate potential and make well-informed recommendations.
• Candidates should possess Employer Branding skills to promote SkillDzire’s mission and learning programs to prospective candidates.
• Candidates should possess excellent communication skills in Telugu and English, with the ability to conduct transparent, structured training sessions.
