Role Description The Insurance Sales and Business Development Associate is a full time, hybrid role based in Bhubaneshwar, with flexibility for some work-from-home responsibilities. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting inside sales activities, presenting life insurance solutions to prospective and existing customers, and closing sales to meet individual and team targets.



The role involves building and maintaining solid customer relationships, following up on inquiries, and providing transparent product information and policy support. The associate will also collaborate with branch teams to execute business development initiatives, participate in local marketing or outreach activities, and maintain accurate records in CRM or reporting tools. Regular performance reviews and continuous learning will be part of the role to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
