Role Description The Application Specialist – Study Abroad will support prospective learners through the end-to-end application journey for international education programs. This full time, in office role based in Noida involves guiding applicants on program options, eligibility criteria,



and documentation requirements, while ensuring timely and accurate completion of applications. The specialist will coordinate with university partners and internal teams to track application status, resolve issues, and maintain up-to-date records in CRM and related systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, responding to applicant queries via calls, emails, and messaging platforms, and providing regular updates on admissions timelines and outcomes. The role also includes contributing to process improvements, ensuring high service standards, and supporting conversion and enrollment targets for study abroad programs.
