Role Description The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and support for performance review processes in the Patna office. This full time, on-site role involves handling employee relations,



addressing concerns, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with company HR policies and local regulations. The HR Executive will coordinate payroll inputs, leave management, and attendance tracking, as well as assist in designing and implementing HR initiatives that improve employee engagement and retention. The role also includes organizing training and development activities, supporting management in workforce planning, and preparing regular HR reports and documentation for leadership.
