Role OverviewKefilo is a NutritionTech and personalised wellness transformation company combining functional nutrition, food science, fitness, mental wellness and technology.
We are looking for a B2B Sales & Corporate Partnerships Expert who can build Kefilo's corporate business in Bhubaneswar through workshops, corporate wellness programs and bulk food/product orders.
This is a highly execution-focused sales role. The primary expectation is to generate meetings, conduct/coordinate corporate workshops, convert organisations into paying clients and build repeat B2B business.

Primary TargetThe key performance target is to help Kefilo close approximately 20 corporate clients per month through:
• Corporate wellness workshops
• Nutrition and lifestyle sessions
• Employee wellness programs
• Bulk food and wellness product orders
• Corporate gifting and customised packages
• Recurring corporate partnerships





Key Responsibilities1. Corporate Lead Generation• Identify and build a database of companies, offices, startups, IT companies, skilled firms and other organisations in Bhubaneswar.
• Identify HR, Admin, CSR, Founder, Business Head and Employee Wellness decision-makers.
• Generate a consistent pipeline of qualified corporate prospects.
• Conduct cold calling, WhatsApp outreach, email outreach, LinkedIn outreach and direct networking.
Corporate Meetings & Workshops• Schedule meetings with corporate decision-makers.
• Pitch Kefilo's corporate wellness offerings.
• Organise and coordinate nutrition, wellness and lifestyle workshops.
• Conduct or coordinate workshops with Kefilo's nutritionists, fitness experts and other consultants.
• Convert workshops and employee engagement activities into paid programs and bulk orders.
