Role Description This is a remote internship role for an Inside Sales Representative. The intern will support day-to-day inside sales activities,



including prospecting, qualifying leads, and conducting outbound calls and emails to generate current business opportunities. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, following up on inbound inquiries, and assisting with account management tasks to ensure consistent communication with prospects and customers. The role involves contributing to lead generation campaigns, supporting customer service interactions to improve satisfaction, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams on pipeline-building activities. The intern will also learn and apply sales methodologies, participate in sales meetings, and prepare basic reports on lead status and customer feedback.
