Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced skilled to join our Credit Risk team as Lead/Senior Credit Risk Policy & Analyst – Credit Card Strategy. This role will focus on developing and optimizing Pre and Post acquisition credit risk strategies & driving portfolio growth. The ideal candidate will have robust experience in Credit Card domain in Policy & portfolio management and will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Acquisition Policy
Very strong understanding and knowhow of policy formulations related activities.
Enriching experience in policy documentations and rationalization
Well versed with LOS & onboarding/Credit workflow and journey. Robust understanding of BRE related tools and solutioning
Exposure in understanding of various committee/Board level related deliverables
Credit Strategy & Credit Limit Management




Design and implement data-driven credit strategies for Credit line management and account management.
Strong knowhow of Credit Limit Management with good exposure in Credit limit enhancement/decrease management
Collaborate with decision science teams to calibrate or build credit scorecards and predictive models.
Portfolio Risk Management
Monitor credit card portfolio KPIs including delinquencies, roll rates, charge-offs, vintage performance, and INDAS/IFRS metrics.
Perform regular risk segmentation and cohort analysis to identify deterioration or opportunities.
Develop early warning frameworks and recommend risk mitigation actions proactively.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with product, marketing, collections, and technology teams to align risk strategies with customer experience and business goals.
Provide analytical support for new product launches, credit limit enhancement campaigns, and digital onboard
