ABOUT THE ROLE
AagatiServe is hiring a .NET Developer to design, build, and maintain robust web applications and APIs for our client engagements. This role calls for a hands-on engineer who is comfortable across the full .NET stack — from ASP.NET/MVC and .NET Core to relational and NoSQL data layers — and who can write clean, well-tested, production-grade code in an Agile environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using .NET (C#), ASP.NET, and .NET Core
• Build and maintain RESTful and RPC-based Web APIs for internal and client-facing systems
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, tables, and functions
• Work with relational databases (SQL Server) and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB
• Implement front-end functionality using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
• Apply MVC and other design/architectural patterns to keep codebases maintainable and scalable
• Participate in software design and development within a test-driven development (TDD) setting




• Collaborate with cross-functional teams following Agile methodologies

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
• Proven experience as a .NET Developer (C#)
• Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server, and design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller / MVC)
• Hands-on experience developing using .NET Core
• Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL, including complex queries, stored procedures, tables, views, and functions
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases such as MongoDB
• Robust analytical and problem-solving ability
• Expertise in writing Web APIs (REST, RPC)
• Experience with software design and development in a test-driven setting
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
• B.E. / B.Tech or a postgraduate degree in CS/IT, or equivalent (e.g. MCA)
Total relevant experience of 2–5 years
