We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Associate with 2–3 years of experience to support day-to-day general accounting activities, financial reporting, and month-end close processes. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace.Key Responsibilities:• Maintain and update general ledger accounts and ensure accuracy of financial records• Perform journal entries, accruals, and adjustments• Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities• Reconcile balance sheet accounts, including bank and intercompany reconciliations• Review and analyze financial statements for discrepancies and variances• Support preparation of financial reports and management reports• Assist with audits by providing required documentation and schedules• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures,



and internal controls• Handle accounts payable/receivable activities as required• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial data and reporting needs• Identify prospects for process improvement and automation
