Role Description The HR and Administration Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The role involves managing end-to-end HR operations,



including recruitment coordination, onboarding and exit formalities, maintaining employee records, and supporting performance management processes. The executive will handle routine administrative tasks such as office coordination, vendor and facility management, documentation, and compliance with company policies. They will assist in payroll-related inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management, while supporting employee engagement initiatives and internal communications. The position also requires liaising with various departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and adherence to organizational standards.
