Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Srinagar. The Sales Manager will lead and manage a sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets across Bajaj Finserv’s product portfolio, including lending, insurance, and wealth advisory solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies,



monitoring performance metrics, coaching and supporting team members, and ensuring high-quality customer service. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partner channels, identifying current business opportunities, and conducting regular market analysis to stay informed about competition and local trends. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure adherence to company policies and compliance requirements, and prepare periodic reports and forecasts for leadership.
