OriginBluy is hiring a Business Development in Mumbai to sell our leadership development work to Heads of HR and Heads of L&D;, and to own every engagement from the first meeting to closure.

About OriginBluy:
OriginBluy is a leadership development company. We design and deliver executive coaching, developmental journeys, and workshops for senior leaders.

Our clients include Big 4 and Big 3 consulting firms, Fortune 500 companies, leading Indian conglomerates, and PSUs.

We work with a panel of more than 100 coaches in India and across the globe. Our processes for executive coaching, developmental journeys, and workshops have been built over years of delivery.

The Role:
This is a sales role, and we want an L&D; skilled in it. Our buyers are Heads of HR and Heads of L&D.; They know within minutes whether the person across the table understands their work.

You will build the relationship, understand the need, send the proposal, and close the business. You own every chance end to end, and you do whatever the sale requires at each step.
About half your time will be with clients,



in their offices and at HR and L&D; events. The rest goes into shaping solutions, writing proposals, and following up.

You will sell everything we offer. You will have behind you the coach panel, the processes, and the client record we have built over the years.

What will you do?
You own the business end to end, from the first conversation to closure.
• Meet clients and build relationships. You meet Heads of HR and Heads of L&D; in person and become the person they call when a leadership need comes up.
• Represent OriginBluy. You attend HR and L&D; events, present who we are and what we offer, and turn introductions into meetings.
• Understand the requirement. You find out what the organisation needs. You use training need analysis and competency mapping to reach the real need behind the request.
• Pitch to senior HR leaders. You present to CHROs and Heads of L&D;, and you show how the w
