Responsibilities• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screening calls.
• Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate offer and joining formalities.
• Work on multiple requirements and close positions within timelines.

Requirements• 0.6–1 year of experience in recruitment.
• Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in IT recruitment is preferred.
• Knowledge of job portals and candidate sourcing.
• Valuable follow-up and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
