About the Role
SuperOps is looking for a Lead, Digital Marketing to own and scale our digital acquisition engine across paid search, paid social, and emerging growth channels.
This is a high-ownership role responsible for turning digital marketing into a predictable source of qualified pipeline and revenue, with a solid focus on building demand across our mid-market segments. You will own the strategy, execution, optimisation, and experimentation across digital channels - working closely with Product Marketing, Content, Marketing Operations, Sales, and Finance.
You won't just manage campaigns. You'll own the numbers behind them, understand what's driving performance, identify where we're leaving growth on the table,



and build the next scalable acquisition chance.

What You'll Own
Paid media and acquisition
• Own strategy and execution across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, and emerging platforms.
• Build full-funnel acquisition and remarketing programs for mid-market audiences.
• Develop targeting using industry, company size, role, geography, account, intent, and first-party data.
• Manage campaign architecture, budgets, bidding, pacing, creative, landing pages, and optimisation.
• Translate product launches, webinars, reports, and campaigns into effective digital programs.
• Continuously test audiences, messaging, creative formats, offers, and conversion journeys.
• Allocate investment across channels based on pipeline contribution, efficiency, and growth potential.

Marketplaces, affiliates, and recent channels
• Own software marketplaces and review platforms as acquisition and buyer
