Role Description This is a full time,



on-site role based in Bengaluru South for a Firmware/Baremetal/Low Level Drivers Lead/Architect with strong C programming skills and 8–15 years of experience. The role involves leading the design and development of firmware, bare-metal software, and low-level device drivers for complex embedded and semiconductor systems. Responsibilities include defining software architecture, reviewing and optimizing C code, ensuring reliability and performance, and guiding the integration of firmware with hardware platforms. The Lead/Architect will collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams, participate in design and code reviews, and drive best practices in low-level software development and debugging. The role also includes mentoring team members, contributing to technical decision-making, and supporting project planning and delivery.
