We are building our presence across marketplaces, quick-commerce platforms and our own digital channels, and are looking for an E-commerce Account Executive who can take ownership of our day-to-day online marketplace operations.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how e-commerce marketplaces work and can ensure that our products are properly listed, available, competitively positioned and operationally smooth across platforms.

What You’ll Be Responsible For• Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart and other relevant platforms.
• Manage seller account onboarding, documentation, verification and activation.
• Create, update and optimise product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, attributes, keywords and pricing.
• Manage SKU/catalogue creation, mapping and product availability.




• Monitor inventory across marketplaces and coordinate replenishment with the internal team.
• Monitor daily orders, cancellations, returns, RTOs and fulfilment issues.
• Manage pricing, offers, discounts, coupons and promotional activities.
• Monitor marketplace account health, product visibility, ratings, reviews and platform compliance.
• Raise and follow up on marketplace support tickets and resolve listing, operational and account-related issues.
• Coordinate with warehouse, packing, dispatch, logistics and marketplace support teams.
• Track marketplace sales, inventory and SKU-level performance.
• Prepare regular marketplace reports and highlight issues, trends and opportunities.
• Support the launch and onboarding of current products/SKUs across online channels.
• Identify opportunities to improve product visibility, conversions, sales and overall marketplace performance.
