About the Role
Roofsol Homes Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to drive residential rooftop solar business, particularly under PM Surya Ghar projects. The role involves generating and converting residential solar leads, conducting customer meetings and site visits, explaining solar solutions and applicable subsidy/financing processes, and managing the sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.

Key Responsibilities
· Generate and develop business prospects for residential rooftop solar projects through direct sales, references, local networks, digital leads and other channels.




· Handle leads generated through company marketing activities and convert them into qualified prospects and customers.
· Conduct customer meetings, site visits and requirement assessments to understand electricity consumption, rooftop feasibility and customer requirements.
· Explain rooftop solar solutions, system capacity, generation advantages, commercial aspects and the overall installation process to customers.
· Guide customers regarding the PM Surya Ghar scheme, applicable subsidy process and documentation requirements as per company process and prevailing guidelines.
· Prepare and present quotations, proposals and commercial offers and negotiate with customers within approved company guidelines.
· Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation → customer interaction → site survey coordination → proposal → negotiation → order closure → project handover.
