Business Operations Manager

About the Role

We’re looking for a sharp, proactive and highly driven Business Operations Manager to work directly with the founders at Boketto.

This is a high-ownership role involving business projects, problem-solving, cross-functional coordination and execution across the company.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Work directly with founders on high-priority business initiatives.
•⁠ ⁠Own projects from problem identification to execution and completion.
•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with teams across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance and HR.
•⁠ ⁠Identify operational gaps and build processes to improve efficiency.
•⁠ ⁠Analyse business data and prepare reports, trackers and MIS for founders.
•⁠ ⁠Follow up with teams and ensure key priorities are executed on time.
•⁠ ⁠Conduct research and analysis to support business decisions.




•⁠ ⁠Take ownership of ambiguous problems and figure out how to solve them.

What We’re Looking For

•⁠ ⁠2–5 years of experience in business operations, strategy & operations, consulting, startup operations or a similar role.
•⁠ ⁠Robust analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
•⁠ ⁠Excellent organisational and project management abilities.
•⁠ ⁠Robust Excel / Google Sheets and presentation skills.
•⁠ ⁠High ownership and ability to work independently.
•⁠ ⁠Comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly changing workplace.
•⁠ ⁠Startup experience is a plus.
