Role Description The Real Estate Sales Manager at Solvista Realty Group is a full-time, in office role based in Shivajinagar Pune. This role involves leading and managing a sales team, setting sales targets, and monitoring performance to meet and exceed project objectives. The manager will oversee property showings, client meetings, negotiations, and closing activities, ensuring a high standard of customer experience. Daily responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies,



analyzing market trends, coordinating with marketing and operations teams, and maintaining accurate sales reports and forecasts. The role also requires building robust relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders to support ongoing and future projects.
