Role Description The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities, in an on-site capacity at the Hazaribag location.



This full-time role involves maintaining HR records, supporting performance management processes, and ensuring consistent implementation of HR policies and procedures. The Human Resources Executive will handle employee relations, assist in resolving workplace concerns, and contribute to creating a positive and inclusive work workplace. The role also includes coordinating HR documentation, supporting compliance with labor regulations, and partnering with management to align HR initiatives with organizational goals. Additionally, the Human Resources Executive will assist in HR reporting and support training and development activities for team members.

• Solid foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support strategic and operational HR initiatives.
