About the RoleTravelyara Holidays is looking for a proactive and organized Management Intern to support daily business operations, manage leads, coordinate with different teams, and assist in customer communication. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Roles and Responsibilities• Lead Management: Maintain and update customer databases, track incoming leads, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Follow-up Calls: Make follow-up calls to prospective customers, understand their travel requirements, share relevant package information, and encourage conversions.
• Customer Coordination: Communicate with customers through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels to address queries and provide updates.
• Daily Operations: Assist the management team with routine administrative and operational tasks.
• Lead Tracking: Monitor lead status, maintain follow-up records, and prepare daily or weekly reports.




• Team Coordination: Coordinate with the sales, operations, and marketing teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Booking Assistance: Support the team in tracking customer inquiries, booking progress, and pending confirmations.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and lead conversion status.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve follow-up processes, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.

Required Skills• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence in making follow-up calls and interacting with customers.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask and work collaboratively.
• Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• Prior experience in lead management, telecalling, or customer service is an advantage.
