Role Description The Sales Coordinator is a full time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for supporting the sales team in daily operations. This role includes managing inquiries, preparing quotations, following up with customers, and coordinating order processing and delivery schedules. The Sales Coordinator maintains accurate sales records, updates CRM or internal systems, and generates regular reports for management review.



The position involves close communication with customers to address queries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth sales experience. Collaboration with internal teams such as logistics, accounts, and service is essential to meet customer commitments and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications

• Robust Sales Coordination and Sales Operations skills to support end-to-end sales processes.
