About the RoleWe are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Manager – B2B Sales & Partnerships to drive business for Entartica's Alibaug operations.
The person will be responsible for developing and managing business relationships with hotels, resorts, corporates, travel companies, event planners, wedding planners, destination management companies, tour operators and other local business partners in Alibaug, Mumbai and surrounding markets.
The objective of the role is to build a robust B2B partner network and convert these relationships into regular ticket sales, group bookings, corporate outings, events, boat parties, watersports bookings and other experiences at Entartica Alibaug.
Key Responsibilities1. Hotel & Resort Partnerships• Identify and connect with hotels, resorts, homestays and premium properties across Alibaug.




• Meet hotel General Managers, Sales Managers, Front Office Managers, Concierge Teams and Travel Desk teams.
• Develop commercial partnerships where hotels can recommend and sell Entartica experiences to their guests.
• Create hotel referral / commission structures and ensure partners actively promote Entartica.
• Conduct regular hotel visits and maintain robust relationships.
• Develop dedicated offers and packages for hotel guests.
• Ensure hotel teams understand Entartica's products, pricing, booking process and experiences.
Corporate Sales• Identify corporates in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, Pune and nearby markets.
• Build relationships with HR, Admin, Procurement, Corporate Travel and Employee Engagement teams.
• Generate corporate group bookings for:

• Team building
• Employee engagement
• Corporate celebrations
• Client entertainment
• Private boat experien
