Zoris is looking for a Central Sales & Lead Management Executive to manage all incoming leads across different channels and ensure quick response, proper qualification and timely handover to the concerned department.

Key Responsibilities
Handle leads received from Website, Google, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Calls, Referrals, Campaigns, Events and other sources.
Make the first call / customer connection within defined TAT.
Understand and qualify customer requirements.
Capture and update lead details in CRM / Google Sheet.
Forward qualified leads to the concerned Department Head / Sales Owner.
Ensure no lead remains unattended, unassigned or without follow-up.
Track lead status, follow-ups, conversions and lost leads.
Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, Banquet, F&B;, Restaurant, Club/Nightlife and Marketing teams.
Escalate high-value or delayed leads to the concerned manager.
Prepare daily / periodic lead reports for management.

Hospitality / hotel sales experience will be an advantage
