Role Description
The Junior Business Development Associate (Fresher) will support the growth of Teknowgrade’s learning solutions by identifying potential learners and institutional partners, and introducing them to the company’s offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, generating and qualifying leads, making presentations about programs, and maintaining accurate records of outreach activities. The associate will collaborate with sales and marketing teams,



follow up with prospective clients, and assist in organizing on-site events or sessions to drive enrollments. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, with a fixed monthly compensation of 20,000.
Qualifications
• Robust communication skills, including explicit spoken and written interaction with diverse stakeholders.
• Presentation Skills and experience delivering effective Presentations to small groups or larger audiences.
• Ability to perform Market Research and basic Lead Generation activities using online and offline channels.
• Comfort with using productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM or lead-tracking tools) and internet research.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; specialization in business, marketing, or related fields is an advantage.
• Interest in the edtech or training industry and willingness to learn business development practices.
