Role Description The Bancassurance Executive Front Line Officer is a full time, on-site role based in Chennai. This position is responsible for driving health insurance sales through designated bank branches, including engaging with walk-in customers, explaining product features, and recommending suitable plans.



The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with bank staff, conducting regular product briefings, and ensuring smooth policy issuance and documentation. The officer will also handle customer queries, assist with claims-related support, and ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines. Daily activities include achieving assigned sales targets, tracking branch performance, preparing basic reports, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve operational issues promptly.
