ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a smart, presentable, confident and highly experienced Personal Butler with a robust background in Hospitality & Travel Management and prior experience of working closely with Company Promoters, Directors, CXOs or Senior Management.

The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of hospitality, excellent coordination skills, professional etiquette and the ability to anticipate and understand VIP requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide dedicated personal assistance and hospitality support to the Company’s Promoters/Senior Management.
• Coordinate VIP lunches, dinners, meetings and private events at restaurants, hotels and private residences.
• Understand and coordinate VIP travel requirements, including domestic and international travel.
• Coordinate with hotels, restaurants, airlines, travel agencies, chauffeurs,



service providers and other vendors.
• Ensure all arrangements are executed smoothly with attention to detail and VIP-level service standards.
• Maintain strong follow-up and reminder systems for appointments, travel plans, commitments and pending matters.
• Communicate and report information in a clear, precise and timely manner.
• Liaise professionally with senior officials, management representatives and external service providers.
• Handle negotiations and service coordination with vendors and service providers whenever required.
• Maintain complete confidentiality regarding the Promoter’s personal, skilled and travel-related information.
• Be flexible with working hours and be willing to travel within India and internationally as required.
