Job Location: Project sites across Delhi NCR, including Gurugram, Faridabad, Rewari, Nuh and other locations as required.
About the Role:
Gauri Buildcon Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Construction Foreman with robust practical knowledge of building construction. The candidate will be responsible for in office execution, manpower supervision, measurements, layouts and coordination with contractors, vendors and the Head Office team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Read and understand AutoCAD/civil construction drawings properly.
• Carry out and verify site measurements and layouts.
• Supervise day-to-day civil/building construction work.




• Handle and supervise site manpower and allocate daily work.
• Ensure work is executed according to drawings and instructions.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for site execution.
• Coordinate with engineers and the Head Office team.
• Monitor work progress, quality and completion of assigned activities.
• Report site issues and requirements to the concerned team.
• Requirements: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in civil/building construction, Diploma in Civil Engineering, positive knowledge of construction drawings, measurements and layouts, manpower-handling ability, and willingness to work at different project sites across Delhi NCR.
