Role Description The Senior Medical Laboratory Technician is a full time, on-site role based in Belgaum.



This role involves performing and supervising routine and specialized laboratory tests across disciplines such as biochemistry, hematology, immunology, serology, and clinical pathology. Responsibilities include sample receipt, preparation, and processing; operating and maintaining automated analyzers; monitoring quality controls; and ensuring accurate and timely reporting in accordance with established protocols. The technician will support pathologists by providing high-quality technical data, assist in troubleshooting instruments and assays, and help implement and adhere to quality and safety standards. The role also includes mentoring junior technicians, contributing to continuous process improvement, and collaborating with the technical support and logistics teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Solid technical skills in clinical biochemistry, hematology, immunology, and clinical pathology, with experience in routine and specialized testing.
