Role Description The Academic Sales Coordinator is a full time, in office role based in Bengaluru. This role involves coordinating academic sales activities, managing leads, and supporting the end-to-end sales process for upskilling and training programs. The Academic Sales Coordinator will handle inquiries from students and professionals, provide program information, and ensure a positive customer experience through timely follow-up and support. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate sales records, collaborating with internal teams to align offerings with academic needs,



preparing basic reports on sales performance, and assisting in organizing outreach initiatives such as info sessions and webinars. The role requires consistent on-site presence to engage with stakeholders and support smooth operations.
Qualifications
• Strong skills in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations to manage pipelines, track activities, and support efficient academic sales processes.
• Demonstrated abilities in Sales and Customer Service to engage prospects, address inquiries, and guide learners through enrollment decisions.
• Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and professional interpersonal interaction.
• Ability to work collaboratively with academic and operations teams, with solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Prior experience in education, training, or EdTech sales is an advantage.
