Lexicon MILE is looking for an energetic and result-oriented global admissions counselor to join our global admissions team.

Key Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Counsel students and parents on global programs and international education opportunities.
•⁠ ⁠Manage inbound and outbound student enquiries and generate applications.
•⁠ ⁠Follow up with prospective students and drive lead-to-admission conversions.
•⁠ ⁠Handle calls, WhatsApp, meetings and counselling sessions.
•⁠ ⁠Build robust relationships with students, parents and education partners.
•⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate lead data and follow-ups through CRM.
•⁠ ⁠Achieve monthly application and admission targets.

Candidate Profile:

•⁠ ⁠1–4 years of experience in admissions, education sales, EdTech or international education.
•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and convincing skills.
•⁠ ⁠Solid student counselling and sales ability.
•⁠ ⁠Target-driven with excellent follow-up skills.
•⁠ ⁠Graduate/Postgraduate; MBA/PGDM preferred.
