Role Description The Tele Sales Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram, responsible for leading and developing a high-performing telesales team which helps in generating sales for our Parents Company in Australia. The role includes managing daily calling operations, setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and providing coaching and feedback to team members. The Tele Sales Manager will design call scripts, oversee lead qualification, manage pipelines,



and ensure consistent follow-up with prospects to convert inquiries into confirmed solar installations. .
Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience in telesales or inside sales management, preferably in energy, utilities, or related sectors in Australian Market
• Strong leadership, team-building, and performance management capabilities, including experience training and coaching sales teams.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, call management systems, and basic data analysis for monitoring conversion rates and sales metrics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work in office in Gurugram and manage high-volume calling settings with clear goals and timelines.
• Comfort with structured sales processes, pipeline management, and adherence to ethical sales practices.
